香港地區的客戶請小心跟蹤以下步驟要求維修服務.

1.向Jolla提出請求

如果你末完成, 請向Jolla客戶服務提出請求

提出請求可以令維修程式更快及更有效進行

請選擇標示的項目” 要求維修”, 顯示在以下螢幕截圖內:

2.提供基本資料

在下一步前請確保每一個項目已填上資料

同時你需要描述以下內容:

-手機購買地點和購買日期

-IMEI號:

-機身編號:

-名字(名)

-名字(姓)

-電郵地址

-聯絡電話:

-故障描述(請詳細描述出現的故障):

-什麼情況導致其故障發生

-舉例說明發生的故障

請注意, 你可以用英交英文和中文作出描述


3. 更多的Jolla
支援服務

Jolla支援服務會確認你的情況並盡快解決你的問題.

在要求支援服務之前, 請確認手上有以下檔:

-購買證明: 在3Mall購買手機的單據 (Jolla網上商店除外)

-以住維修記錄(如有)

-要求票據編號: Jolla支援服務會提供票據編號給你用作與Qool代理維修時使用

1. Submit a request to Jolla

If you haven't already done so, please submit a request to Jolla customer service. Submitting a request ensures that your repair process will be as fast and trouble-free as possible.

Please select the highlighted item "Request for Repair" as shown in the screenshot below:



2. Provide essential case details

Please make sure to complete every field in the next view.

Also ensure you describe the following:

- Where you purchased your device from and when (date of purchase)
- IMEI:
- Serial No. (S/N):
- First name:
- Last name:
- Email address:
- Phone number:
- Fault description (please describe the fault in as much detail as possible):
- Circumstances leading up to the issue appearing
- Give an example of when you face the issue when using your device

Please note: you can write to us in English and Chinese

3. Await further instructions from Jolla Service and Support

Jolla Service and Support will verify your case and will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

In the event that a repair action is required, please ensure you have the following documentation at hand:

- Proof of purchase: your receipt from buying the device from 3Mall (Jolla Webshop customers don't need it)
- Any documentation related to possible previous repair action
- Request ticket number: be ready to provide your request ticket number from Jolla Service and Support to the Qool agent
