It can be found via accessing the menu page "Settings > About product" on Sailfish or by typing *#06# for phone number in Call app. IMEI usually appears printed on the sales package of the device, too. Type 0000 if there is no device involved in your case.

**Purchase ID**: You can find this 10-character code (upper case letters and digits) from the web page where you made the purchase and in the confirmation email sent to you. **Jolla policy for Sailfish X**: Once you have purchased a Sailfish X licence, and we make Sailfish X software available for you to install on your Sony Xperia X, XA2, or Xperia 10 device, the sale is final. Sailfish X is nonreturnable, and you cannot cancel the purchase and expect an automatic refund if you regret the purchase.
