To read the latest developments on the Jolla Tablet shipments, please stay tuned to the Jolla Blog. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions relating to Tablet deliveries.
 

Q1: What happens next in the campaign?

A: The next step in the campaign for contributors is to simply wait for Jolla to contact you.
 
Once we are ready to start shipping, we will invite you to an Online Shop dedicated to creating final orders from Indiegogo contributions.
 

Q2: What should I do after I receive the invitation?

A: Please read the invitation letter carefully for instructions that may be specific to you. You must then visit our Online Shop dedicated to creating orders from campaign contributions (later in this FAQ we refer to this as "creating a final order").

There you will need to pay for shipping if you hadn't already done so during the Indiegogo campaign, and, most importantly, you must provide again your shipping address.
 
Those of you who are located in certain markets will also need to pay sales tax (e.g. VAT in EU) and customs duties when creating your final order. Detailed information regarding tax, customs duties and shipping method will be included in the invitation email that you will receive from us.
 

Q3: Since contributing I've moved. How can I let you know of my new address?

 
A: As you create your final order you will be required to enter your shipping address during checkout. You can let us know of your change of address then.
 
Please note that you can only provide us with a shipping address in one of the supported countries: USA, Canada, Australia, EU, Norway, Switzerland, India and Hong Kong.
 
Note: if you placed your contribution from Russia, you will receive separate instructions from our partner in Russia, that will take care of shipping the Jolla Tablet to you.
 

Q4: I'm traveling and I'm not sure if I will be available to receive the Tablet when you ship it. What can I do?

 
A: The best idea would be to hold on and let things play out. If you receive an invitation from us to verify your shipping address, you know that you will soon be shipped a Jolla Tablet. You can then give us an address that suits your current situation best.
 
If at this time you aren't able to provide a viable address where to ship the Tablet, simply refrain from creating your final order until you are again available to receive it.

Q5: I'm not sure towards which items I contributed, how can I check my contributions?

    
A: The most important thing here is to try to remember which email address or addresses you made your contributions with. After figuring this out you can simply log in to Indiegogo, and see the "My contributions" page.
 
Below is a quick run-down of what to do:
  1. Open your email account's Inbox. Search the inbox with e.g. "Indiegogo Contribution"
  2. Read through the search results to see the confirmation emails regarding your contributions
  3. Repeat this for all email accounts you can imagine you might have used for the campaign.
    
Once you've figured out which email address(es) you used to contribute, you can double-chek your contributions on the Indiegogo website:
  1. Click on "Log in" in the top-right corner
  2. Enter the email address with which you now know you've made contributions with, and your password. (If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password?")
  3. After succcessfully logging in, click the top-right corner again and select "My contributions".

    

Q6: My situation has changed and I need to request a refund for the Tablet. How should I go about this?

    
A: Contributions on Indiegogo are nonrefundable according to the Indiegogo Terms of Use. A contribution is a transaction that takes place purely between the contributor, campaign owner and payment processor. Jolla does not refund any contributions made.
 
However, if you are not happy with the product we deliver, you may return the tablet within 14 days of receiving it.

Q7: Is it still possible to order any of the accessories made available during the campaigns?

 
A: We’re planning to have a few other Jolla Tablet accessories available for you as you create your final order based on your contribution. We are still in the process of getting everything in place together with our partners so we are unable to provide any details around this.

Q8: I ordered "accessory X" and would like to change it to "accessory Y". Is this possible?
 
A: Currently it is not possible to switch one accessory to another. However, when creating your final order you’ll be able to buy an accessory you prefer along with the products you contributed towards during the Indiegogo campaign.
 
Q9: Can I still make changes to my contribution, e.g. upgrade from 32Gb to 64Gb or get the Tablet and Phone combo?
 
A: Unfortunately no, as these were offers made available only for the duration of the campaign.
 
Q10: I forgot to add the shipping Perk during the campaigns. What can I do now?
 
A: Don't worry, you will be asked to pay for shipping as you create your final order.
    
Q11: Does the contributions include VAT and other Taxes?
 
A: No. You will be instructed about paying taxes when you go to create your final order.

Q12: Will you keep me updated if I contribute to the campaign?
 
A: Your best channel for updates in the Tablet campaign is the official Jolla Blog.

Q13: When will you ship the Tablet?
 
A: To learn the latest status of Jolla Tablet shipments, please stay tuned to the official Jolla Blog.
 
Once shipments start, contributors will receive their Tablets in "first come first served" principle. This means that the first group of contributors will get their Tablets first, and so on.
 
 
Q14: When will the Tablet become available for general sales?
 
A: We will start by shipping the tablets to all Indiegogo contributors. The next steps are yet to be confirmed.
