Jolla 14-day Return Policy
For your convenience and satisfaction, you may return merchandise you purchase on jolla.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return please submit a ticket here.
Please indicate clearly in the subject and body of the message “RETURN”, providing any relevant information including order number, purchase date and payment method utilized.
Keep in mind that we accept returns only from the ship-to countries supported by the Jolla online shop. Once we receive your request, we will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
NOTE: Should your product experience an alleged defect please refer to the Jolla Warranty Policy here. The Jolla 14-day Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
