How can I buy a Jolla smartphone?

If you live in the EU, Norway or Switzerland, you can buy Jolla and selected accessories from the Jolla Online Shop. Choose the country you'd like to ship to from the dropdown menu in the footer to view applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Which payment options does the Jolla Online Shop offer?

We accept payments with major credit cards and Paypal for customers in the EU countries, Norway, and Switzerland. Additionally, online bank payments are available for Finnish customers.

 

Does Jolla collect and store my credit card information?

No. This is managed by our trusted payment gateway, PayTrail™ or PayPal. Your payment details are not stored in our online shop database.

 

Can I pay for my purchase in installments or with a delay?

No, at the moment we only support instant payment methods for the entire order.

 

What’s the delivery method if I buy it from the Jolla Online Shop?

All orders of the Jolla phone are shipped using a trackable express delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. In the countries other than Finland, Jolla orders are shipped by courier directly to your shipping address, while in Finland they are delivered to your nearest post office.The delivery time varies depending on the contents of your order and the shipping method in use.

If you placed an order for up to three The Other Half covers, they will be shipped to you using a non-trackable letter delivery service. The letter delivery will be dropped in your postbox, no signature required upon delivery.

If you place an order for the Jolla smartphone and one or more accessories, we will always try to dispatch your entire order in one package within 2-3 business days. Should one of the accessories become unavailable, we will inform you separately and check your preference for shipment.

The shipping method and the tracking code, if applicable, are visible in the shipping confirmation email that you receive once the order is dispatched.

 

What's the delivery time after completing my purchase in the Jolla Online Shop?

For Jolla orders it would take about 5-7 days for the order to reach you. We pick and pack the orders within 2 business days. All orders of the Jolla phone are shipped using a trackable express delivery service. In countries other than Finland, Jolla orders are shipped by FedEx directly to your doorstep, whereas in Finland they are delivered by Posti to your nearest post office. You can expect delivery within 2-4 business days from the dispatch date. It might take longer for the parcel to reach you if your delivery address is in a remote or hard to reach location.

If you placed an order for up to 3 The Other Half smart covers, or other accessories, they will be shipped to you using a non-trackable letter delivery service by Global Mail within EU, Norway and Switzerland, or by Posti Kirjelähetys in Finland. The letter will be dropped in your postbox, no signature will be required upon delivery. These deliveries normally take 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch date, but might take longer for remote and hard to reach locations.

What accessories do you have?

You can shop a hand-picked selection of accessories for your Jolla at the Jolla Online Shop. We currently offer Jolla accessories created by two manufacturers: Lastu and Insmat 

 

How come Finnish VAT is applied when I purchase?

The Jolla Online Shop operates under the EU distance selling directive. This means that for consumer sales in distance selling that are below a certain quota the local VAT, in this case Finnish VAT 24 %, is applied. At the moment the online shop doesn't support VAT exempt orders for businesses.

How do i get a commercial invoice for my order?

When you have successfully placed an order on the Jolla Online Shop you will receive an order confirmation email including all payment details. If you wish to get a printable invoice (PDF) of your order or need to change any of the details, please submit a request to Jolla Service & Support [link jolla care]..

 

What is your Return Policy? 

The Jolla return policy is applicable for all orders from the Jolla Online Shop delivered to EU countries, Norway, and Switzerland. For your convenience and satisfaction, you may return merchandise you purchase on jolla.com within 14 days of receiving your order. What is your Warranty Policy 

You can find our warranty policy here. For quality claims related to the third party accessories purchased at the Jolla Online Shop, please contact the respective manufacturers directly.

 

How do I log in to the Jolla Online Shop?
If you have made a purchase in the Jolla online shop, then you have a Jolla online shop account. The username is your email address. If you can't remember your online shop account password, click Forgot your password? link on the Log in page.

 

I'm not able to sign in to the online shop with my Jolla account? What's wrong?
Once you place an order we will ask you to create an account for the online shop.
